Job Description – Wealth Manager

 

 

General description

Wealth Manager acts as an intermediary between company and customers, providing our clients with financial guidance and making recommendations on how to best utilize their money. The successful applicant to this post will be responsible for the management of property credit fund products, including but not limited to product sales & marketing, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and client support services. The successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in such areas. Previous working experience in real estate,insurance,and foreign currency exchange industry or client based second tier financial services industry is highly
preferred.

 

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing, driving and achieving sales objectives
  • Developing new clients, and establishing and maintaining a good relationship with clients
  • Assess client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan
  • Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services, including our property credit fund product
  • Providing regular fund performance analysis report to the clients Sales process management, and record keeping of investment contracts, invoices and reports
  • Work closely with analysis and marketing team to set up events and promote online marketing
  • Daily customer support and client complaint feedback

Desirable Experience and/or Qualifications

  • Sales experience in real estate, insurance, and foreign currency exchange industry or client faced second tier financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of financial products and financial markets.
  • Knowledge across PE/VC and managed funds is highly preferred.
  • A tertiary degree or certificate in finance, economics or commerce category,the candidate with RG146 certificate is preferred.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, both speaking and writing
  • Great learner and excellent communication skills
  • Responsible and high attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work well both in a team and autonomously

 

 

Other Information

You are required to work afterhours, including weekends when necessary. This job description reflects the present requirements. The job description will be reviewed annually as part of the appraisal process. 工作职责:

该岗位主要负责公司地产信贷基金的销售、市场推广、以及客户的开发、维护、与服务工作,主要岗位职责如下:

  • 根据公司战略规划,制定地产信贷基金产品的销售计划并执行,最终完成业绩指标;
  • 开发、拓展新的潜在客户,为客户提供理财咨询,维护良好的客户关系;
  • 负责对意向客户进行详细的评估,了解客户需求,为客户量身定制合适的理财规划,提供资产配置方案建议,为客户提供财富增值服务;
  • 定期为客户提供所投地产信贷基金产品的业绩表现报告;
  • 管理销售过程,并归档和保存各类销售文件;
  • 与投资分析部和市场部合作,制定地产信贷基金产品的市场营销计划,策划、组织线上线下市场推广活动;
  • 日常客户支持服务,并反馈客户的意见与建议给公司相关部门,持续提升服务质量和客户满意度。

 

 

任职资格:

  • 具有地产、保险、外币兑换行业、以及二级金融市场销售经验者优先;
  • 对金融理财产品,金融市场,尤其是私募、风投项目有较深理解者优先;
  • 具有良好的行业资源和客户资源者优先;
  • 本科或以上学历, 经济、金融,贸易等相关专业,具有RG146金融行业从业资格证,形象好气质佳;
  • 具备较强的沟通、表达能力、谈判技巧以及良好的时间管理能力、学习能力;
  • 具备强有力的自律和自我驱动力,高度的团队合作精神和工作热情;
  • 熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力
